What is CNC milling?
CNC milling machine is an intelligent computerized device that can make all kinds of parts and cuts from simple to complex on all kinds of different metal to plastic and wooden surfaces in the fastest time without the intervention of human hands.
Due to the precision and detail of the machine and its clean cut type, all the cut and milled parts can be ready to be sent to the market without the need for assembly steps. However, its application type is different in different parts making industries.
The operation of the milling machine is based on the basis and number. Based on the pre-prepared design with 3D software, the operator introduces the volumetric design to the machine, and the machine starts cutting and turning the piece in three axes X, Y, Z according to the given criteria and scale.
In the old manual milling machine, only the operator could cut and mill on one axis, and it was practically impossible to rotate and create steps. But in the CNC milling machine, due to all kinds of moving accessories, milling operations for grooving, threading and stepping can be easily performed on the target piece.

Principles of Working with CNC Filling Machine
Generally, the initial 3D modeling of the design is delivered by the design engineer on a CAD format. The component engineer prepares for the CNC milling machine based on the type of angle size, diameter or body design or any type of groove and screw and other specifications.
Then, by converting the 3D CAD format to the working language format, the CNC machine is ready to work and cut it with the CNC milling machine. The implementation of milling operations varies depending on the type of design and model and the cutting that is done.
There are two X and Z axes in the manual lathe models, where the Z axis has a rail for the cutting machine to move left or right, and the X axis of the lathe has three spindle operation systems, i.e. chip removal. But the Y axis, which provides the ability to move forward and backward, was not there to design and carve a 3D model.
CNC Movement Criterion Criterion
Unlike the old manual devices, the Z axis, which is the rail, is fixed and cannot be moved. Therefore, the CNC milling machine performs the cutting action based on the movement in two axes X and Z. This operation provides the complete method of cutting and filing the piece.
To zero the error percentage of the error
Considering that in the manual method of cutting and turning the part, the skill of the operator is required, in the CNC method, the error is practically zero because the cutting and cutting operation is done based on a computer program with high precision. Unless, in some rare circumstances, a problem occurs in the device, which cannot be avoided.
In cutting curves and arcs of the body of the machined part, this work is the responsibility of the X and Z axis. With simultaneous movement, they are able to perform any kind of arc and curvature on the piece with non-linear cutting.

Types of CNC milling machine
Since the type of part and the desired part turning is different in every industry and part making, then CNC milling machines are designed and produced in different models with different accessories to perform several turning and freezing operations.
Foam
The modification of that device is (Face milling), which is called a state where the axis of rotation of the cutting tool works perpendicularly to the target piece. This method is used to make cuts on smooth and flat surfaces.
Simple milling machine
Its correction is (Plain milling), which is also called flat or surface milling. In this method, the cutting machine performs the cutting operation completely parallel to the surface of the part. According to the type of cut and the application field of the metal being worked, the cutting depth and the size of the part can be precisely milled. This method makes it possible to use for narrow and wide cuts.
Angular milling machine
Its modification is (Angular Milling). It is used to create and cut parts that have angles and arcs. From this device, he made gear cutting, groove cutting to design and produce parts such as knives or surgical blades. The cuts of this device are made with angles of 45 to 60 degrees.
Format
Its correction is (Form milling). This machine is able to grind all irregular, lined and grooved surfaces even with curved and smooth body. The work form milling machine is capable of cutting and turning all kinds of convex, concave, round, roller and circular parts.
